Hamlin Beach State Park is located about eight miles north of Brockport, NY. There are 264 campsites at this park, as well as sandy beaches, 10 miles of hiking and biking trails and boating access to the water. Snowmobile and cross country ski trails are available in the winter months.

Irondequoit Bay State Marine Park is located off Route 590 North, about eight miles north of Brockport, NY. There is a boat launch here for access to Lake Ontario, a toilet facility and a boat clean out station available for visitor use.
