    Niagara Power Project Visitor Center

    This 'no charge' attraction offers plenty of interest to everyone. There are numerous 'hands-on'attractions explaining the science of electricity. North of the generating station a fishing platform has been constructed offering great opportunities for anglers. For art lovers the mural by Thomas Hart Benton of Father Louis Hennepin and a grou of Native Americans at Niagara Falls in the 17th century is well worth seeing.

    Buffalo Central Terminal

    New York Central Terminal was built in 1929, shortly before the start of the Great Depression. It never caught on much with travellers, and experienced only a short boom during WWII. Restoration began on it in 1997, and in 1999, the 9-foot diameter clocks were re-lit.

    Fountain Plaza is a gathering place located in downtown Buffalo. It features a reflecting pool which is turned into a skating rink in the winter, and there are numerous benches to sit on.

    Murphy Orchards

    Growing a variety of apples, cherries, peaches and more, the Murphy Farm is a privatly owned fruit farm that was once involoved in the abolitionist movement called the Underground Railroad. The barn features a concealed chamber that escaped slaves once stay in. Tours of the property, outlining the heritage of the site, are available and open to the public.

    Prospect Point Observation Tower
